Product introduction
A high-pressure hydrogen storage container with carbon fiber-wrapped metal liner composite material is a high-pressure container composed of metal and non-metal materials. Its structure is a reinforced structure formed by metal liner and outer winding of various fibers after curing. The liner of the high-pressure hydrogen storage container has strong hydrogen permeability resistance and good fatigue resistance. Generally, the density of metal is large.
Product advantages
Considering the cost, reducing the weight of the container and preventing hydrogen permeation, aluminum alloy is mostly used for the metal liner, such as 6061. The liner material has the following characteristics: it must be a seamless cylinder, made of aluminum alloy 6061, with annealing condition T6; it can be made by cold extrusion or hot extrusion and cold drawing, or by extrusion pipe and punch or rotating head; before the test, all aluminum alloy 6061 cylinders must be solid solution heat treated and aged heat treated, and the liner must be made of uniform performance materials; the outer surface of the liner must prevent electrochemical corrosion caused by contact between different materials (aluminum and carbon fiber).
